Innisfil Hydro Distribution Systems Ltd is in agreement with you as to the incorrect description of the unit of measure for Transformer Allowance for Ownership and Primary Metering Allowance for transformer losses currently showing as $/KW in the 2007 rate application should show as $ and % respectively on Sheet 3 under Specific Service Charges under Allowances. This is a simple transcription error.

Board staff has undertaken a preliminary review of your application. As a result of this review, staff would request clarification from you of the following aspects of your application:



On Sheet 3 of your 2007 IRM Model, under Specific Service Charges and specifically under Allowances you have entered $/KW as the unit of measurement for Transformer Allowance for Ownership and Primary Metering Allowance for transformer losses instead of $ and %, respectively. There is no reference in your application as to why the units of measurement entered are differently to what is on the Board approved tariff sheet. Please clarify whether this was a simple transcription error. If not, please provide a full and complete explanation of the basis for this change.



Please file a response letter by e-mail to the Board Secretary's Office, copying me as the case manager, providing these clarifications. The format of the response should repeat each of the issues and references contained in this request (and any other relevant references) and clearly set out the nature of the clarification, not merely make a general statement replying to this e-mail.



Due to the very tight timeframes that are involved in processing these applications, please provide these clarifications/amendments at your earliest convenience.



Please also file a hard copy of your response with the Board Secretary. Your response will form part of the record of your application, and should specifically refer to the relevant section or sheet of the application. If you are filing a revised model, the covering letter should indicate where changes have been made.
