I am requesting that an oral hearing be provided for the public with regards to EB-2013-0361, the Jericho Project Transmission Line Leave to Construct Application. Â

Only an oral hearing will allow interveners an opportunity to cross examine witnesses for the proponent. Â An oral hearing will also ensure that there is complete transparency for the proceedings. Â Please be advised that the proponent has taken steps in the past to deceive the community. Â
