I would like to request an extension to the deadline for filing for intervener and observer status. Â The deadline is looming, and I believe that there are more residents who would want to have their concerns addressed, but have not received the information regarding this hearing. Â The hearing was advertised in only the urban news paper, and was not put into any of the local papers. Â Many people read only the local papers, and will not have been privy to this information. Â

Additionally, the Municipal Council did not receive notice of this hearing, and will have to schedule a special meeting before applying for intervener status. Â
