There appears to be an error in the rate calculated for 2014 in the “Large Use > 5000 KW” category. The rates reflected on the proposed rate sheet for this category are the 2013 rates.

I updated the model (latest one from OEB website) and find that the 2014 fixed rate should be 8,270.63 while the variable rate should be 2.0531.
