Heather has asked me to respond on behalf of BPI to this follow-up question.

BPI confirms that BEC related costs are included in the 2008 actual OM&A shown in Table 4.2 in the original evidence.

The corresponding costs from the response to 1-EP-34s are also included in the 2009 to 2011 OM&A amounts, but not in the 2012 Bridge Year or the 2013 Test Year amounts in Table 4.2.

I have one quick follow up question related to the supplemental IR responses.

Â

2-Energy Probe-34s shows the BEC Board of Director costs paid for by BPI in 2008 through 2012. The response also indicates that these costs have been removed from the 2013 revenue requirement.

I believe the 2008 BEC related costs are included in the actual OM&A costs shown in Table 4.2 in the original evidence. Could you please confirm this and indicate which other years, if any, include the BEC costs shown in 2-EP-34s in Table 4.2.
