Please accept this letter requesting intervenor status in the proceeding EB-2013-0442.

My interest in the matter pertains to Gray Rd, City of Kawartha Lakes that is located east of Hwy #35 and west of Wild Turkey Road. Gray Rd is adjacent to the north property line of my 100 acre farm that runs between Ballyduff Rd and Gray Rd. Wpd Sumac Ridge Incorporated (the Applicant) filed this application with the OEB to construct a distribution system along Gray Road.

The nature and scope of my involvement will include presenting arguments against the approval of this project. The timing of the application is premature with the ERT for this project on hold.

I am an individual ratepayer and intend to seek an award of costs.
