The Ontario Energy Board issued its Notice of Application and Hearing relating to Oakville Hydro’s 2015 incentive regulation mechanism application on September 2, 2014. The Notice of Application established cost award eligibility in relation to Oakville Hydro Electricity Distribution Inc.’s request to recover the costs for damage caused by the 2013 ice storm.  On September 12, 2014, the Ontario Energy Board expanded cost award eligibility to include eligibility for costs related to Oakville Hydro Electricity Distribution Inc.’s request for a deferral account to track the impact of the half-year rule on 2014 test year capital additions. A copy of that letter is attached to this email.Â
