As requested in Procedural Order No. 1 dated September 17, 2014, for EB-2014-0116 Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited’s Custom Incentive Rate-Setting Application for 2015 – 2019:

“Parties participating in the Technical Conference are requested to file with the Board and copy THESL and all other parties by November 12, 2014 confirmation of the particular areas of the evidence they seek to address or seek clarification of at the Technical Conference.”

The Consumers Council of Canada (“Council”) intends to participate in the Technical Conference and offers the following areas of the evidence that the Council seeks clarification:

·        ICM True-up – Deferral Proposal and discussion regarding why the ICM cannot be trued up in early 2015 as part of this proceeding.

·        Impact of Regional Planning initiatives on this application.
