Thank you for providing the updated 2015 IRM Rate Generator Model.

Please accept this e-mail as confirmation that Wellington North Power has reviewed the updated 2015 Rate Generator Model (updated to reflect the published inflation factor of 1.6%) and, to the best of my knowledge, I can confirm that the revised model is accurate (with the exception of the 2015 RTSR values which are not yet available).

Â

Applying the updated inflation factor of 1.6%, the attached spreadsheet shows the updated Monthly Fixed Charge and the Distribution Volumetric Rate which align to the values in the update Rate Generator model. I have also reviewed all worksheets in the updated Rate Generator model and confirm that they are accurate.

Please can you confirm the following:

1.      Receipt of this e-mail and;

2.      As per OEB’s letter to WNP dated October 10, 2014, confirm that the Applicant has responded to Board Staff regarding updated models before the deadline of November 24, 2014.
