Thank you for taking the time to discuss evidence clarifications and modifications to your IRM Rate Generator yesterday. I have itemized the changes that we discussed, below, and have attached a revised model reflecting these changes to this email.

Please review the attached model to ensure that the changes have been implemented as we discussed. In the spaces provided below, please indicate your agreement with and confirmation of the changes and respond by return email to the Board Secretary, cc’ing me. In accordance with the case timelines, I ask that you respond by December 10, 2013.

Please feel free to include any questions or concerns in your response. As we discussed, your model has been modified to incorporate the 2015 GDP-IPI. The final 2015 UTRs are not yet available. These will be incorporated into the draft final model that will be sent to you with the draft decision for your review at a later date.

The following is a summary of our conversation of November 25, 2014, which requires your confirmation:

·        Orangeville Hydro’s application indicates that its published tariff contains a RRRP charge of $0.0011/kWh, while the approved charge is $0.0013/kWh. Board staff notes that the approved tariff sheet attached to its EB-2013-0160 Decision and Rate Order includes a RRRP charge of $0.0013/kWh. Please confirm that Orangeville Hydro has applied a RRRP charge of $0.0013 to its customers as applicable with its 2014 rates, effective May 1, 2014.

·        IRM Rate Generator, Sheet 4: Board staff has removed the rate rider “Rate Rider for CGAAP Accounting Changes (2013) – effective until April 30, 2017” from all rate classes and replaced it with “Rate Rider for Disposition of Account 1576 (2013) – effective until April 30, 2019”. This description is consistent with the description contained in the current tariff sheet and ensures that the “effective until” date is properly recorded in the 2015 tariff sheet.

·        IRM Rate Generator, Sheet 6: Board staff has selected “No” in the drop down list at cell C34 to reflect the fact that Orangeville Hydro is not proposing to dispose of its deferral and variance account balances. This ensures that no balances are allocated on sheet 7 and no rate riders are calculated on sheet 8.

·        IRM Rate Generator, Sheet 14: Board staff has added kWh data consistent with Orangeville Hydro’s 2013 RRR filings for the GS 50 to 4,999 kWh, Sentinel Lighting and Street Lighting rate classes to ensure that the RTSRs for these classes are correctly calculated.
