Thank you for agreeing to forego the proposed teleconference. As you can see, the changes required to your model were minimal. Â I have itemized the changes contained in my earlier email below, and have attached a revised model reflecting them to this email.

Please review the attached model to ensure that the changes have been implemented as we discussed. In the spaces provided below, please indicate your agreement with and confirmation of the changes and respond by return email to the Board Secretary, cc’ing me. In accordance with the case timelines, I ask that you respond by January 15, 2015.

Please feel free to include any questions or concerns in your response. As we discussed, your model has been modified to incorporate the 2015 GDP-IPI. The final 2015 UTRs are not yet available. These will be incorporated into the draft final model that will be sent to you with the draft decision for your review at a later date.

·        IRM Rate Generator, Sheet 15: Board staff has removed the amounts for the Hydro One Sub-Transmission Rate Rider 9A, as this rate rider will expire on December 31, 2014 and is no longer applicable.
