The Ontario Energy Board has directed Natural Resource Gas Limited (“NRG”) to serve electronically the attached Notice of Motion to Review and Vary and Procedural Order No.: 1 in EB-2014-0375 on Union Gas Limited and all Intervenors in EB-2014-0154. By this e-mail, I comply with the directions of the Board on behalf of NRG.Â

You will note that the within proceeding (EB-2014-0375) arises because of certain motions brought by NRG requesting that the Board review and vary its Decision and Order dated October 9, 2014 in EB-2014-0154, and that the Board consolidate the review of the Decision and Order in EB-2014-0154 together with the NRG QRAM Phase II application before the Board, being EB-2014-0053.Â

NRG served a letter dated December 10, 2014 on the Board and Union. That letter contained two Notices of Motion: the first to review and vary the Decision and Order of the Board in EB-2014-0154, and the second to consolidate the review with NRG’s QRAM Phase II hearing in EB-2014-0053. NRG filed the supporting Affidavit of Brian Lippold, General Manager of NRG, with the motion to review and vary. Both Notices of Motion and the supporting Affidavit of Brian Lippold are attached.Â

The attached Notice of Motion to review and vary and Procedural Order No.: 1 in EB-2014-0375 requires any party wishing to make argument on NRG’s motions to advise the Board by January 20, 2015. Any party wishing to file materials in support of their oral argument must file materials by January 23, 2015. The oral hearing will be held on January 27, 2015 at the offices of the Board commencing at 9:30 a.m.

Pursuant to the Board’s Direction we therefore attach the Notice of Motion and Procedural Order No.: 1 in EB-2014-0375, and the materials described above.Â
