Thanks for the quick turn around! Â One item on the Final Tariff Schedule, the value should be 0.5589 $/kW. Â The rest of the numbers appear to be correct

A very small thing, the change to the Rate Rider for Tax Change to 2 decimal points for Sentinel, USL and Street lighting still pulls the 4 decimal value to the Bill Impact sheet (will only make a difference of pennies)

Please see attached. I think everything is corrected now. In terms of the formatting of the final tariff (i.e. tab 27), once I do it in PDF format at the time of the draft Decision and draft tariff, I will fix all the line spacing. It’s a little more difficult to do it in the model. Just as long as the numbers are correct, it’s fine. EnWin will have an opportunity to comment once more when these drafts are issued.

2. Â Â Â Â Updated sheet 15. Â RTSR Â with the 2015 rates from EB-2014-0357
3. Â Â Â Â Sheet 27. Final Tariff Schedule, the Standby Power rate should show to 4 decimals as 0.5589 $/kW
4.     Sheet 27, Final Tariff Schedule, the tax change rate riders do not show up for Residential and  GS < 50, I've now added them to sheet 26.  Proposed Rates
5. Â Â Â Â Sheet 27. Final Tariff Schedule the tax change rate riders that do show up have an incorrect expiry date of April 29, 2016.
6. Â Â Â Â Sheet 27. Final Tariff Schedule, the 2014 Deferral/Variance rate riders do not show up for Sentinel, Â I've now added them to sheet 26. Â Proposed Rates
7. Â Â Â Â Sheet 27. Final Tariff Schedule the Unmetered Scattered Load tax change rate rider should be $ -0.11 (not $/kWh and 4 decimal places)

The change to Tab 16 has a typo, it should be 3.63 for the Network rate (currently showing as 1.63).

Tab 27. Final Tariff Schedule does not updated properly (as an example there are per connection rates showing in Residential) Â Would this be something you could have corrected?

Hi June,

As per the Case Management Letter, please see the attached corrected Rate Generator model. Staff has made the corrections to EnWin’s Rate Generator Model based on the responses provided to Board staff questions. The changes that have been made are:
·     Tab 15: Hydro One Sub-Transmission Rate Rider 9A removed.
·     Tab 16: Effective UTRs have been changed to the rates effective January 1, 2013, as opposed to January 1, 2014, to account for a full year of data.
·     Tab 25: Specific Service Charges that were previously omitted have now been included.

Board staff has also adjusted the applicable price escalator to 1.6% and the associated stretch factor value for EnWin’s application to 0.6% on tab 24 of the Rate Generator Model.

Please review the attached corrected model and provide any comments you may have at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
