I hereby request eligibility for a cost award for Application EB-2014-0351 pursuant to Rule 39.01 of the Board’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. My reasons for eligibility would fall under sections 3.07 and 3.08 of the Ontario Energy Board’s “Practice Direction on Cost Awards”.

Most of my time and research for this Application has been directed towards issues that will ultimately affect all the landowners in the Crowland Pool. The arguments presented in the Lambton vs Crowland written submission apply both to the past as well as the future. Hopefully this research contributes to the Board’s understanding of what appears to be very unreasonable treatment of all Crowland landowners by Enbridge.
