The Total Loss Factor (TLF) applicable to Secondary Metered Customers < 5,000 kW as notated in Renfrew Hydro’s Tariff sheet effective December 1, 2010 is 1.0810. Accordingly, the TLF applicable to Primary Metered Customers < 5,000 kW should be 1.0810 x 0.99. i.e. 1.0702. It has come to my attention that the TLF (Primary) is notated incorrectly as 1.0802. This error in the TLF (Primary) has been carried through all subsequent tariff sheets.Â

Please confirm that the number should be 1.0702 and we will make the correction in the Tariff sheet effective May 1, 2015.
