Enbridge would like to offer one point of clarification in response to Mr. Thompson’s email. Enbridge is not asking the Board to make any determination about the relevance of actual (full year) 2014 information to proposed 2015 rates at this time. Enbridge is simply pointing out that its position that this information is not relevant will be maintained at the Technical Conference. For that reason, there will be little benefit to having further questions pursued on the same topic in that forum.

We strongly disagree with EGD’s contention that its  most current actual 2014 information related to “Updated”2015 forecasts which it asks the Board to approve in this case is “irrelevant” to the Board’s consideration of the reasonableness of those items reflecting 2015 “updated” forecasts.

We will be sending a letter to the board elaborating on that position but will be unable to get that letter finalized until tomorrow morning. We respectfully ask the Board to refrain from determining the point about “irrelevance “ which  EGD has raised until the submissions to be contained in the letter which we will distribute tomorrow AM have been considered..
