Good morning. My apology, I should have read CME #7 more thoroughly. In an attempt to provide as much information as requested as possible for today, we attach the following version of an update of CME #7 which provides the 2014 actuals and Board Approved for many of the tables requested to be updated.Â

Additionally, with respect to the CC/CIS actual information, the only element of forecasting which is required to establish a CC/CIS allowed revenue is a forecast customer total as defined by the ABSU contract. Undertaking TCU1.4 provided the actual 2014 CC/CIS customer total, the 2014 Board Approved CC/CIS customer total and the 2015 placeholder and current updated CC/CIS customer total. With respect to any 2014 actual pension/OPEB costs or DSM costs, it is correct that such information was not provided as we were not sure it is necessary or helpful given that all parties have previously agreed to variance accounts being attached to each of these cost elements.

Where can I find in the information which EGD has provided the 2014 the Actuals for the adjustable components of Customer Care/CIS Costs; and the 2014 actuals for DSM Costs: ; and Pension and OPEB costs.

The answer which has been provided to CME#7 is incomplete.

The question asked that a column be ADDED to each of the tables and Schedules shown in the pre- filed numbers to  reflect 2014 Actuals. A primary purpose of the question was to enable a comparison to be made to 2014 Board Approved budget figures shown in many of the pre-filed exhibits.

EGD has deleted the 2014 Board Approved numbers in several of the tables and schedules referenced in the interrogatories. Please revise the response you have provided to answer the question asked without removing the 2014 Board Approved Budget figures that were included in the pre-filed material.

The presentation of a  comparison of 2014 normalized actuals to 2014 Board approved budget amounts is needed to reasonably determine the extent to which the 2014 starting point for the 2015 budget changes is too low.
