This e mail is in response to the Draft Rate Order and supporting materials circulated by EGD on April 28,2015.

In our capacity as solicitors for CME, we reviewed the materials and saw nothing of concern.

We also consulted with Mr. Aiken and were comforted by his advice to the effect that the Order appeared to be in accordance with the Settlement.

Accordingly the proposed order is acceptable to us.
