We understand that Board Staff is likely to have some questions of clarification for PEG regarding the methodology used in PEG's OPUCN benchmarking work, and that those questions could be handled by phone during the technical conference.

If anyone else expects to have questions of clarification for PEG, it would greatly assist with scheduling if you could let us know as soon as possible. If so, please also advise how much time you anticipate needing with PEG.

If the aggregate time requirement is extensive we could try to arrange for PEG to attend in person, but if not we would propose to have that questioning done by phone. Please let us know your views in this as well.
