This is to indicate my intention to participate in the above consultation as an individual and not to seek a cost award.

I also wish to suggest that the title of the proceeding is very misleading as there is no commercial and industrial class.
Many in the GS class are neither commercial nor industrial. For example universities, community colleges, hospitals, medical clinics, religious institutions and municipal facilities etc will have no representation unless specifically invited by means of a media notice.
