The problem we have with your question is that, after Feb.9,2015 maating,the Settlement Conference in this case continued by tele conference on Feb. 12,13,17,18,19,and 20. So the work done on those days was in connection with those settlement discussions by e mails and tele- conference. Parties were negotiating on those dates .So that is why we classify the work as Settlement Conf. Attend.

I’ve looked at this and I do not see any numbers on the 1st sheet under Tab 2 of the CME Cost Claim for Mr. DeRose”s services which do not reconcile  with the nubers and classification of the time spent in time docket which appears on the next 2 pages.

In the category “ADR Settlement Conference- Preparation” the Summary sheet shows 12.8 hours. This reconciles with the line item  “Settlement Conference Preparation” classifications in the time docket on the next page for the Feb, 4,5,6,8,10 and 11 time entries.

For the category “ADR Settlement Conference- Attend” ,the summary sheet shows 23.8 hours. This reconciles with the “Settlement Conference Attend” line item classifications in the time docket on the next page for Feb. 9,12,13,17 18,18,19,and 20.

As far as we can determine there is no discrepancy between the classifications used in the time docket and in the Summary Sheet for Mr. DeRose. So unless I’m missing something the Summary sheet does not need to be changed and refiled.
