I have reviewed the letter attached to the email below and I note that numbered paragraph 1 on page 7 of Procedural Order No. 8 states that an oral hearing of the unsettled issue 4.11 (as well as the hearing of the Settlement Proposal) will commence tomorrow at 9:30 am. It is our understanding that the Carriers are to present their witnesses, including David McKeown, for cross-examination on Issue 4.11 at the oral hearing scheduled to proceed this week.
