Attached please find the updated LRAM calculation. The LRAM calculation has been updated to include the results of Table 3e from the EB-2013-0147 Settlement Proposal. The updated calculation results in a reduction of the LRAM claim for 2014 from $239,777 to $221,527 and a reduction in the interest of $248. The total LRAM claim for 2013 and 2014 is now $567,993, which consists of LRAM of $552,567 and interest of $15,426.

The retrofit program as shown in the Table 1 of the 2011-2014 Final Results Report is included in the “Business” program. For KWHI, this business program is offered to both GS<50 and GS>50 customers. KWHI analyzed the results of its Retrofit program, listing all the recipients of Retrofit grants, and classifying the customers as either GS <50 or GS>50. The results showed that, on average, the GS<50 class contributed 14.2 % to the energy savings, and the GS>50 contributed 85.8% to the energy savings. These results are based on KWHI’s assessments, and the timing of the savings may not agree with the 2011-2014 Final Results Report, but the resultant split was consistent. Therefore, KWHI relied on the results of its analysis to calculate the LRAM.

KWHI can also confirm that the 271,185 kWh savings listed under the “Industrial” program in 2011 is for GS>50 customers. In 2011, the OPA program classified customers as industrial or business, and KWHI’s industrial customers are GS>50.
