As per the “Letter of Direction” from the Ontario Energy Board dated October 20, 2015, this email is to serve Notice of the Application and Hearing related to Centre Wellington Hydro’s 2016 IRM application and evidence (EB-2015-0059) filed with the OEB on September 28, 2015.Â

For your convenience I have attached a copy of the 2015 IRM application in pdf format and copy of the notice that was published in The Wellington Advertiser  with a publication date of October 30, 2015.

Also included is a letter that certifies the evidence filed is accurate, consistent and complete and copy of the final excel spreadsheet from the OPA to support the request for disposal of the audited LRAMVA account balance to December 31, 2014.
