As directed by the Panel at the Pre-Hearing Conference, below are the cross-examination estimates of the School Energy Coalition:

Â

Enbridge – 75 minutes

Union (Union and LEI) – 75 minutes

South Bruce (Municipalities, Mr. Todd, and Mr. Bruce) – 45 minutes

EPCOR (Dr. Yatchew) – 30 minutes

VECC (Dr. Hariton and Mr. Ladanyi) – 20 minutes

Due to some of the similarities in their proposals, SEC expects it will have more questions for whichever of the Enbridge/Union panels goes first, and correspondingly less for the one that goes second. SEC therefore asks that it be allowed to re-allocate time between these two panels once the order has been determined.

Â

Similarly to other parties, due to the hearing time constraints and the number of parties, SEC is not seeking placeholder times for all other witness panels. We would therefore request an indulgence to ask a few questions if issues arise during examinations-in-chef and other cross-examinations that require clarification.
