We are counsel for the NOACC Coalition.Â

The NOACC Coalition intends to lead one panel of up to four witnesses. The names and backgrounds of these witnesses will be provided by separate email. They will not be offered as experts, but rather as knowledgeable in their respective roles and experience to provide factual evidence relevant to this proceeding. Their direct evidence will be 15-20 minutes.Â

NOACC Coalition appreciates the Board’s co-operation in scheduling the NOACC’s evidence for May 5.

NOACC Coalition proposes to cross-examine the following parties’ witness panels, for a total of 40 minutes in aggregate. For scheduling purposes we provide individual estimates below.Â
