CPA’s expert Navigant is not available on May 6, which is the date on which CPA’s witness panel is scheduled to attend for cross-examination. Parties in their time estimates have not provided separate times for Navigant. Please let me know if parties wish to cross-examine the Navigant witness and the specific time estimates. I have Anwaatin, Enbridge, Energy Probe, EPCOR, OGA, South Bruce, Union and VECC as the parties who wish to cross-examine CPA.
