I write on behalf of the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA) to advise that, having now reviewed Union’s IRRs, I can confirm that IGUA will not seek to file evidence in this proceeding. We are instructed to file brief submission on behalf of IGUA at the appropriate time, and we anticipate that those submissions will indicate IGUA’s general support for the projects which are the subject of this application.
