I purchased a rail pass to travel business class from my home in London to Toronto & return.  This covers 6 one-way trips. The receipt for the rail pass is shown immediately below. The round trip cost is therefore  $566/6 * 2 = $188.67 + tax

The OEB compensation policy only covers full fare economy travel.

The original invoice included the train itinerary and full fare economy costs as shown further below. It included the Itinerary to demonstrate that I actually travelled that day as well as the full fare economy equivalent train fare to be compliant with the OEB travel policy. When I book the business class seat I usually also get the price of the full fare economy seat at the same time. It appears that I did not get this quote until Feb 4. The full fare economy train fare has been constant at the $180 + tax over the winter months.

This is consistent with how I have booked all train travel over the last year, which has been reimbursed by the OEB.
