I wanted to inform the Board that currently, Bullfrog Power, operating under its Electricity Retailer License ER-2015-0022, Wholesaler License EW-2015-0195 and Gas Marketer License GM-2016-0024, does not currently have any customers under powerflow, nor are we currently offering an electricity or natural gas retail offering to consumers in Ontario.

As a result, we have not submitted revised forms of the various contracts, verification scripts, etc as set out in the ECPA.

We are currently participating in several energy industry and stakeholder working groups regarding the proposed electricity net metering regulations and contemplated renewable natural gas content requirements and should either or both of those initiatives move forward we believe the opportunity to offer Ontario residents an interesting and meaningful energy choice may again present itself and at that time we might consider offering contracts under our respective licenses, if appropriate.

At that time we would submit all of the legal documents required under the ECPA to the Board prior to offering any consumer in Ontario the opportunity to sign up for an electricity or natural gas contract. We will be sure to modify the annual self-certification form to be submitted in April to reflect the fact that we are not actively offering new contracts for electricity.
