At the time of rebasing, Essex did have customers in the General Service 3,000 to 4,999 classification. Based on the circumstances identified within the 2015 IRM section 7, the volumetric load was removed from this rate classification.Â

I was just reviewing the model for Essex and wondering why there are no rebased Customers #’s or Re-Based Billed kW’s entered on Tab 9 of the IRM model for the General Service 3,000 to 4,999 rate class? Is it because the customer no longer exists?Â
