To follow up to our conversation regarding change request 1 for the 2017 Storage Enhancement Project, below are some additional details regarding the changes.

Â

The gathering line to well D-230 is under the gravel road which provides access to the well. Union requires access to the well after it has been converted to an observation and will be leaving the access road in place to provide this access. The gathering line which is no longer required after the well has been converted will be abandon in place following TSSA guidelines. The reason that the gathering line is being abandoned in place is that there would be greater disturbance to the landowner if Union was to dig up the road, remove the pipe, and then rebuild the road.

Union has discussed removing the access road and gathering line to well D-223 with the affected landowner. The landowner agrees that removing the road and gathering line is the best option.
