Pursuant to Mr. Martin's request (by telephone) for an extension to file his submission on the application being made by the Canadian Renewable Energy Corporation for authority to expropriate certain lands for the purpose of constructing electricity transmission lines (EB 2008-0050), please be advised that the Board has granted an extension. Mr. Martin is to file his submission by Monday July 7, 2008 and any reply submission must be filed by July 11, 2008.
