Continuation of first message.

I am requesting observation status of the application of the Enbridge & Union Gas Companies.



The last paragraph of my first message in regards to day hours starting at 7AM & ending at 10PM with regular wages to the contractor.

While at the same time the gas company is allowed to charged time and one half or what ever they will.
