Union filed a storage application for East Windsor Cogeneration and the Board assigned docket EB-2008-0264.



The T1 contract between East Windsor Cogeneration (“EWC”) and Union is for a 20 year term to align with the 20 year Combined Heat and Power contract signed by EWC with the Ontario Power Authority.



The original T1 contract, signed on August 17, 2007 provided for 100,000 GJ of storage space and deliverability of 1,200 GJ/day (equal to 1.2% of the space). Following the Storage Allocation decision (EB-2007-0725), the storage space allocation was amended to 122,490 GJ. The deliverability was not amended at this time as further analysis of plant operations was required by EWC. The final deliverability number will be calculated in accordance with the Storage Allocation decision.
