Regarding the 5 new injection/withdrawal wells in the 59-85 Pool..

I am requesting observer status, in order to receive documents issued by the Board in the proceeding. I do not represent anyone other than myself, and that interest in my farm land...It is information on any thing that is being done to my farmland Only..I do not look for any costs or payments to be involved...
