Hello,



I wish to object to the electricity distribution rate change proposed by Nydro One Networks Inc. This is the wrong thing to do in a recession economy. It will worsen the situation for customers who are already struggling to meet bills and preserve businesses. I am not against increases, however not at this time. Far better to put in place some cost control to bridge to a time when the economy is better.
