Subject: Hydro One rate increase



Dear members of the board,



I reviewed the notice in the Clarington This Week and want to express my opinion that rates should not be increased in this period of economic turmoil. It seems counter effective, while the government is trying to stimulate the economy that a rate increase would be approved. Given the current circumstances this increase should be postponed, just my humble opinion.
