NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, Please do not let Hydro have any more increase's in rates.

The Rate hikes cannot be justified!!

In a Time when Auto workers are making concessions in order to keep working.

Hydro One Networks can have no legitimate, or plausible reason for the increase.

They have not given customers anything better for the rates they charge and are allowed to increase.

They do however estimate your hydro meter for 2 months , and read it on the 3rd month.
They charge customers based on the estimate, for use of over 750KWH , yet when the bill is actually balanced by the actual reading of the meter. Hydro One does not refund the customers money at the higher rate (over 750kwh? ) Why are they allowed to do this and keep my few cents???

NO MORE INCREASE IN RATES, ONTARIO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANYMORE IN BAD ECONOMIC TIMES AS WE ARE IN.

As I heat with electricity in winter, Your last allowed increase in Rates has cost my family 4 - $5.00 steaks which we would share as a meal together each month. Your next increase, which I BEG YOU not to accept, will cost my family 4 more Healthy meals in a month.

That means I have to explain to my family why we cannot have 8 healthy meals, and lay partial blame at the energy boards feet.

Its Not Funny anymore, we forget pennies actually mean no food for my family ?? what's become of us , and esp. the GREED of Hydro One Networks.

In a time when the Country and its population struggle to get by, I ask you to deny any rate hikes until such time as our economy greatly improves.

I also ask, that you request Hydro One Networks to use cutbacks within the corporation to achieve there monetary goals. If there unionized members were to give up raises for a few years we would not be asked as rate payers to accept this burden.

I worked for Ontario Hydro and watched to senior Foreman sit back at the Dams, do nothing, and compete to see who made more over $100,000.00 a year then the other.??
This is were there money goes, and how Hydro One networks wastes money.

I am tired of footing the Bill for un-needed overtime and all the other Bells and whistles they waste.

IF I HAVEN'T MADE IT CLEAR, YOUR ALLOWING HYDRO THESE INCREASE THRU THE YEARS IS SLOWLY GOING TO STARVE ME AND MY FAMILY, PERHAPS TO DEATH ONE DAY.

As an Electrician, I know there is NO SUCH THING AS DELIVERY ??? What and how that was ever justified must have been a written work of Art.

Electricity just loves to flow, and does not charge you anything to do so.

The energy Board has allowed my Natural Gas price to go from .08 cents a cubic meter in 1997 to .42 cents in 2008. How you all justified that is beyond my minds comprehension.

If your going to let Hydro One to do the same to me, just tell me now and I'll Just give up working an go on Welfare. I cannot keep up with anymore increase, none, zero, .... your killing me here, slowly, but literally killing me.

Before you allow any increase, Hydro One Networks should first be forced to cost cutting, and internal reorganization.
If and when they do that, they would probably owe all Ontarians a refund.

As a Board meant for the protection of energy consumers, I ask you deny the request

Ontarians are already paying off Ontario Hydro's debt on all our Bills ??? Not Sure why?? buts that's about ALL THE MONEY I WILL ACCEPT PAYING THEM. Not a Penny More.

I AM CURIOUS AS TO THE WORDING AND PROOF HYDRO ONE HAS SUBMITTED TO JUSTIFY THIS INCREASE IN THESE MISERABLE AND TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES IN ONTARIO, AND CANADA.

I HOPE THIS LETTER IS SUBMITTED, READ AND BROUGHT TO MIND WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR DECISION.

I ALSO PLAN TO INTERVENE ON THIS APPLICATION FOR A RATE INCREASE.

I WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO SEE THE BOARD UNDERSTANDS THE BURDEN MERE HALF PENNIES MAKE TO A FAMILY WITH A SMALL BASIC INCOME AND NO WELFARE SUPPORT.

PLEASE FOR A CHANGE THINK OF THOSE PEOPLE BEFORE THE NEEDS OF A MAJOR CORPORATION.

I ALSO OBJECT TO A WRITTEN HEARING ON THIS SUBJECT AND PROPOSED RATE INCREASE BY HYDRO ONE NETWORKS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY!!

PS: Please find out why Hydro One can bill me at the Rate over 750kwh (1000kwh in winter) and only refunds me the under 750kwh (1000kwh in winter) costs?? do they need to STEAL my pennies that bad too.
