Gentlemen:

As a senior citizen, on a very fixed income, I would like to strongly object to Hydro Ones` application for a delivery charge increase in 2009. On top of all the other charges on their bill to me this month, they show a delivery charge of $148.07. This compares to a charge of $80.69 in December 2007, for an increase of $67.38. Gentlemen, this is the straw that broke the camels` back. Sears doesn`t charge to deliver a new stove, Bell Canada doesn`t charge to deliver their dial-tone, why on earth should Hydro One be allowed to charge to deliver their electricity, on top of all their other charges? Please make my objection known.

Thank you,

Richard Brown
