To the Board Secretary,





I am objecting to the proposed increased in Delivery Rates for Hydro One as stipulated in the above mentioned file. My reasons are:



The proposed rate increase of 4.4% to 5.8% for residential is more then double the inflation rate in Canada, Ontario or Ottawa.
Regardless from whom I buy my electricity from, I cannot influence the rate for the Delivery charges.
The Delivery service from Hydro One is not up to the standard of other Electricity providers; more outages, no warning, no explanation about the cause. No consideration of the inconveniences to the customers (loss of food items, incremental expenses to provide warn food to the family and to stay warm).
I have no option to choose a different provider for Delivery.





I know there are other source of energy available, and may or may not involve delivery, but they are expensive at this point in time.



I hope this objection will be taken into consideration.
