Subject: Notice of application and written hearing for an electricity distribuition rate change



With reference to the subject, we wish to make known our position. We are on a fixed income and have noone to pass our expenses on to, not that you care. We are becoming very tired of all the different lines on our utility bills, the different areas where utilities can charge us more for the same commodity. We have been living in this province for 10 years this time around, and I believe we have been paying for your debt reduction since the beginning. No one pays for my debts but me. We shouldn't have to pay for poor management decisions on the part of Hydro One. Surely the debt reduction line should disappear. No we do not agree with an increase in distribution rates for hydro one. You get the picture!
