I'm writing in regard to file number EB-2008-0187.

Considering the downward slop of the economy, the idea of a rate increase at this time shows a very unsympathetic nature.

Being a young couple who just bought our first home, along with wanting to start a family this year, we think the amount of the increase is unfair and upsets us a great deal!

The saying goes "more money more problems" it has shown time again that greedy gouging leads to bail outs,tax increases and financial distress.
It is circular logic that effects everyone on the totem poll (bottom mostly).

Please think differently.
