We are writing to inform the Board that the submissions of our client, the School Energy Coaltion, will be delayed as a result of illness. I hope to return to the office by tomorrow (Wednesday) and hope to have SEC's submissions completed then. I have however reviewed the submissions of VECC and Energy Probe and, as a result of their detailed submissions, expect SEC's submissions will be brief.

We hope the above is acceptable to the Board.
